About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Lead to guide their assembly team in East London . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of products, leading a team of assembly workers, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role essential for our manufacturing success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve workflow.
Train recent team members on assembly procedures and safety protocols .
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards.
Report production data, issues,



and team performance to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Assembly Line Lead or in a similar supervisory role in manufacturing.
Solid understanding of assembly processes and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
