This role involves overseeing the Microsoft Frontier CIE Enablement Program, ensuring effective liaison with Technical Solution Architects.
You will manage the train-the-trainer schedule and perform detailed performance monitoring while ensuring seamless CIE delivery through established governance. Coordinating with various teams, your input will fortify relationships and maximize customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Follow established procedures from chance to CIE delivery
Coordinate the train-the-trainer enablement calendar
Monitor schedules for CIE deliveries and follow up
Support leadership reporting for program performance
Maintain a centralized repository of CIE materials
Requirements:
Minimum three years in Microsoft partner enablement
Robust knowledge of Microsoft CIE programs
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Background collaborating with technical teams is a plus
