RNAO is seeking a Nursing Recruitment and Retention Manager (6 months) to lead initiatives that support nurses' recruitment and retention in priority Ontario communities. The role partners with Indigenous leaders, health-service groups, educational institutions, nurses and students to plan, deliver, and evaluate targeted programs and guidance.

The position requires leadership experience in healthcare, solid communication, and travel within the service area, with a starting salary of CAD 89,000
