Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (French) for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity in Burlington, ON within the automotive sales and repair services industry. This role is ideal for a bilingual customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers by phone and email, and supporting product and parts inquiries in a structured call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails regarding product orders, parts, warranties, and service-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to small power equipment and help customers identify appropriate solutions.
Verify warranty coverage, order replacement parts, and support payment and shipment processing.




Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and French, including composing customer emails in French.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
Complete additional customer service, order desk, and administrative duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for 3 months in office.
Regular day shift: 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Must be flexible to work shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Weekend rotations for Saturday and Sunday are remote.
Criminal background check required.
No cell phones allowed in the work environment.
