We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties
construction plans to accurately execute projects
Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and cabinetry
Perform concrete forming and rebar installation for foundations and structural elements
Install drywall, siding, roofing, flooring, tile, and other finishing materials with attention to detail
Operate hand tools, power tools
Assist with all aspects of the project
Conduct restoration work including drywall repairs, painting,



sanding, and surface finishing
Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other tools; estimate project needs when required
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace during all phases of construction

Requirements
Proven construction experience with a solid background in carpentry and woodworking
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools
Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding installation, and flooring techniques
Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues
Robust attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
