As part of the AI Transformation Office at OMERS, you will foster an workplace of learning and confidence with enterprise AI tools.

This full time internship for the Winter term reports directly to the AI Transformation Office, where you will engage directly with employees and help enhance their day-to-day productivity. Your proactive approach will ensure that you address challenges and identify usage opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-demand coaching and troubleshooting assistance
Develop lightweight micro-training sessions and resources
Monitor tool usage and gather employee feedback




Facilitate task-level integration of AI in daily work
Educate staff on responsible AI usage and data governance

Requirements:
Previous experience in corporate support or peer coaching
Solid familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and generative AI tools
Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences
Effective problem-solving and empathy in diverse tech-savvy levels
Self-starter mentality with a focus on user support
