Overview

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for representing the company in the field and supporting marketing and customer acquisition initiatives within an assigned territory. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging directly with current and potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales objectives through face-to-face marketing activities, promotional events, community outreach, and customer relationship development.

Duties
Conduct field marketing activities as Flyer and Visiting Cards Distribution in the trucking yards.
Identify and develop current customer leads through face-to-face interactions, networking, events, and local market activities.
Support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials and increasing brand awareness within assigned territories.
Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, activities,



and campaign results.
Represent the company professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Travel within assigned territories to attend events, visit customers, and conduct marketing activities.
Prepare regular reports on field activities, campaign performance, customer feedback, and lead generation.

Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service roles with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and active listening abilities
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Preferred: PUNJABI
Solid interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work independently in various outdoor settings while managing time efficiently
Prior experience in public speaking or event organization is a plus

Preferable: GTA Area

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
