Retail Sales Specialist

Do you know your way around building materials, hardware, and tools? We’re looking for an experienced Retail Sales Specialist who enjoys helping customers find the right products and creating a great in-store experience. Near Steeles & Weston.

What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and help them find the products they need
Answer questions and provide knowledgeable product recommendations
Promote sales, promotions, and related products
Assist with stocking, merchandising, and organizing the store
Keep the sales floor clean, secure, and customer-ready
Help achieve store sales goals

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience PLUS knowledge of building materials, hardware, hand tools, or power tools




Solid communication and customer service skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Adaptable to work weekends and overtime when required

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience:
Sales or Customer service: 3 years (required)
selling hardware and/or tools : 3 years (required)
