Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in Construction Industry
Construction knowledge - overall understanding of construction process, sequencing, etc.
Trade Qualification, apprenticeship or Carpentry ticket an asset.
Must have valid drivers license, independent transportation and ability to travel to different sites
Physically capable for a hands-on work workplace

Responsibilities:
Operate all tools and machines of the carpentry trade in a safe and responsible manner
Ensure tasks are completed within specified time and quality, and notify supervisor if difficulties arise
Complete work documentation as required
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Lead small projects on site

Job Duties:
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Understanding customer requirements
Knowledge of building codes and regulations including BC Step Code




Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
