Responsibilities
Plan and deliver dynamic FSL lessons that cater to varying proficiency levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students
Create engaging instructional materials and activities that promote active participation and practical language use
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and share best practices in language instruction
Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans,



and student performance documentation
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and program coordinators to ensure explicit understanding of learning objectives and progress

Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages
Prior classroom experience teaching FSL or other language courses is highly preferred
Robust understanding of teaching methodologies, especially in special education contexts or working with diverse learners
Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that motivate students of all ages and skill levels
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships within the classroom environment
Passion for education, cultural exchange, and helping students succeed in language acquisition
