Love working with children and want hands-on ABA experience? Advance Therapy is hiring ABA Therapists for 1:1 in-home sessions with children on the autism spectrum in Regina and the surrounding area. You earn $29.00–$35.00 per hour plus mileage, receive on-the-job training, and work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). New graduates are welcome.

What you'll do
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes, following each child's individual treatment plan
Use discrete trial teaching, natural environment teaching and other ABA strategies as directed by the supervising BCBA
Record accurate session data on skill acquisition and behaviour programs
Write short, objective session notes
Share progress with the BCBA and, where appropriate, with caregivers
Attend supervision, training and team meetings

What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in a related field: Psychology, Behavioural Science, Child and Youth Care,



Early Childhood Education or similar
Experience with ABA or with children with autism is an asset; new graduates and those working toward RBT certification are welcome to apply
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle, required for in-home travel
Explicit criminal record check with vulnerable sector search, or willingness to obtain one before starting
Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain it
Patience, reliability and transparent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset

Schedule Based on the Client preference and Employee availability
