Black Tie Ski and Bike Rentals of Banff is hiring a customer service driven individual to join our team. We are looking for a professional, energetic and responsible team player to be a part of our business. Applicants must have strong customer service skills and a Valid Driver’s License with a clean record. Ski/Bike equipment experience is required.

Duties include but are not limited to; team leadership and development, assist with hiring team members, staff training, guest management, all facets of ski and bike rental, daily shop duties, helping maintain the equipment, supervising all staff, answering the phone and taking orders, opening and closing workshop/storefront,
