We are a growing travel agency specializing in cruises, vacation packages, and global customized travel services.

Our client base is primarily Mandarin-speaking, so fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required for this role.

We are looking for a Travel Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has cruise sales experience, solid customer service skills, and is comfortable working with cruise line and travel supplier booking systems.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with cruise, vacation, and other travel bookings
Provide travel recommendations based on clients' needs
Handle quotations, reservations, and booking modifications
Communicate with suppliers to resolve booking-related issues
Maintain excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Process in-office client payments and assist with basic payment-related administrative tasks
Provide general office and administrative support as needed to support daily operations




Maintain accurate client and booking records

Requirements
Minimum 1 years of cruise sales experience required
Valid TICO certification is required
Familiarity with cruise line and other travel supplier booking systems
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Sales experience and strong customer service skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow up with clients proactively
Personal cruise travel experience is an asset
