Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist clients with hair styling consultations and execute styling services as needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including tools and stations
Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and sales
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products
Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy periods
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation protocols is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and courteously
Ability to upsell products naturally while ensuring client satisfaction
A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
