The Chance

We are seeking a Service Administrator who thrives on variety, is obsessed with details, and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. As a vital hub in our Service and Special Projects Department, you’ll help bring order to the chaos of fast-moving projects, support our field technicians and project managers, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Project Setup & Documentation
Enter project info into Jonas; generate work orders
Track and distribute project details to internal/external teams
Maintain and manage project documents, reports, and schedules
Maintain organized digital/physical records

Project Tracking & Communication
Monitor timelines, flag risks, and prepare project updates
Coordinate and track report submissions
Act as key contact for client communications

Financial & Admin Support




Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and job costing
Support field technicians with forms, permit bookings, and reports
Use Jonas and Excel to track costs, identify issues, and report insights
Help ensure accurate and compliant project closeout packages

What You Bring to the Team
Minimum 5 years experience in construction project or service administration
Solid technology skills: Word, Excel, PDFs + troubleshooting support
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful—nothing falls through the cracks
Friendly, team-first attitude with a commitment to high-quality work
Experience with Jonas Construction Software is a strong asset
Motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
