Duties
Prepare a variety of smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie station, including food handling and safety standards
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients, and provide exceptional customer service




Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to uphold health standards

Skills
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for smooth transaction processing
Robust background in the food industry, including food preparation and food service experience
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with beverage crafting and serving techniques
Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measurement of ingredients
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
