Job Summary

We are hiring Certified Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire prospect in the T4A 3M6 and T3J 4T6 areas. This role is ideal for experienced reach truck, order picker, and counterbalance operators who are looking for steady, long-term warehouse work with an immediate start.

This position offers a hands-on, safety-focused warehouse workplace where reliable operators can build stability and contribute to efficient shipping, receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, and same-day order fulfillment. The right candidate will be comfortable spending most of the shift operating powered equipment while also supporting floor duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate reach trucks, order pickers, counterbalance forklifts, and related warehouse equipment.
Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for same-day shipping using RF scanner technology.




Support shipping and receiving functions, including loading, unloading, replenishment, and product movement.
Lift, move, and handle products up to 50 lbs while following workplace safety procedures.
Maintain strong productivity, accuracy, and time management throughout the shift.
Assist with floor duties as required, with approximately 60 percent forklift operation and 40 percent general warehouse work.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $22 per hour.
Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Shift details provided include 8:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
