Member Service Representative Position - Full Time Term (9 months)

Rossburn, Manitoba is located over 300 kms Northwest of the City of Winnipeg. This role cannot be performed remotely and will require relocation. The Position

As a Member Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for members, supporting day to day banking needs while identifying prospects to connect members with the products, services and advice that support their financial goals.

Key responsibilities include processing member transactions accurately, responding to member inquiries, promoting and explaining deposit products and services, identifying member needs, making appropriate referrals, maintaining confidentiality and contributing to a positive branch experience.





The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.

Pay: $21.29-$26.04 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
