We are a recent indoor pickleball and badminton facility in Richmond, BC, and we are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Part time Front Desk Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the front desk
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, WeChat, and in person
Manage court bookings, check-ins, and customer accounts using CourtReserve
Process payments and handle retail transactions
Assist with Pro Shop sales, product displays, and inventory restocking
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
Support day-to-day club operations and customer service

Requirements
Fluent in English and Chinese; Cantonese is an asset
Friendly, professional,



and customer-oriented
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, retail, or sports facilities is an asset
Familiarity with pickleball or badminton is an asset
Comfortable using computers and learning booking/payment systems

Schedule

Part time hours with adaptable scheduling. Applicants must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone interested in long-term employment and growth with the club.
