We are looking for an experienced BDC Specialest (Call Center Agent) to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in selling cars, a solid background in automotive knowledge, and is seeking a full-time prospect. We're interested in hiring someone with skills in customer relations and someone who is dedicated to selling the latest models of vehicles to customers.

Responsibilities Requirements
You will set appointment expectations and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Manage customer satisfaction and retention through strong relationships with customers
Professional work ethics and high standards of customer service
Minimum of 100 Calls a day
Experienced with a CRM data base




Never misrepresenting company guidelines and policy
Overcome customers objections and understanding the situation
Judgment and decision making skills the ability to consider the correct path for customer
Efficient Knowledge of using word, excel, emails, and the internet
Class 5 is needed
Strong mind set to have the ability wanting to make 100K a year
