Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Forklift Operator/Order Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while operating various types of forklifts and clamp trucks. Duties
Safely operate forklifts, order picker, and other warehouse equipment to pick, pack, and transport products within the facility
Accurately select customer orders using order picker equipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment
Conduct heavy lifting of products and materials, adhering to safety guidelines and ergonomic best practices
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records
Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and verifying product locations within the warehouse
Maintain a clean,



organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift
Follow all safety protocols related to mechanical operation, heavy lifting, and warehouse procedures

Requirements
Proven experience operating forklifts, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment; certification required
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
Experience with order picking processes in a warehouse distribution workplace
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during shifts
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software is advantageous
Solid attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
