Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our purchasing, inventory, logistics, and materials management operations.

This hands-on role will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and shipments, and ensure products and materials are available when needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Assist with purchasing products, supplies, packaging, and materials.
Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Coordinate inbound shipments and track deliveries.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and managing products and materials.
Work with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve purchasing and logistics issues.




Monitor lead times and help ensure materials are available when needed.

Skills
Experience in purchasing, inventory, demand planning, materials management, and supply chain operations.
Knowledge with Fishbowl or similar inventory management systems.
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
Ability to monitor inventory, support purchasing decisions, and identify replenishment needs.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
