Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and transaction records.
Provide detailed analysis of customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.




Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and transactions for future reference.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Demonstrated sales aptitude with experience in upselling techniques.
Skilled phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
