WE’RE HIRING – SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a robust and responsible Shift Supervisor who can lead by example and help maintain excellent restaurant operations.
Responsibilities include:
Lead employees during assigned shifts
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
Manage customer service and drive-thru performance
Assign tasks and supervise team productivity
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and Burger King standards
Handle operational issues during the shift
Support training and development of employees
Communicate clearly with restaurant management
Candidate profile:
Reliable, punctual and accountable
Leadership mentality and robust work ethic
Able to stay organized under pressure
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Restaurant supervisory experience preferred
Flexible availability,
including evenings and weekends
