Job Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor on duty, the Packaging Team Member will be responsible for assisting in the preparing &packaging; process, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.

Duties
Operate Production Equipment: Handle machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Assembly: Assemble products and components according to specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Inventory Management: Maintain proper storage and organization of materials and products.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
Shipping and Receiving: Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment.
Safety & Compliance:Follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines, including food safety standards and Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and handle and store all produce per food safety requirements.

Requirements and Skills
Previous experience, preferably in a food production or produce-related setting,



is preferred.
High School / College Diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and review paperwork for allocation of products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle products with care
Comfortable working manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods lasting up to 12 hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour
