We are looking for a motivated, organized and proactive Sales & Production Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on, multitasking position supporting both sales and production. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working in a quick-paced fashion environment and is excellent at following up and keeping track of details.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers regarding orders, appointments, samples and outstanding requests
Assist with sales and customer correspondence
Follow up on emails and ensure nothing is left unanswered
Communicate with overseas factories regarding samples, production, pricing, deliveries and corrections
Follow up on orders and production deadlines
Prepare and organize sales information, order details and customer requests
Coordinate between customers, sales, production and internal departments
Assist with general day-to-day administrative and operational tasks




Keep accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues

Qualifications:
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Robust attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive and able to work independently
Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Previous experience in sales, wholesale, fashion or production is an asset
Experience communicating with overseas factories is an asset
