Duties
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and artistry
Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to client preferences and offering professional recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Engage in retail sales by suggesting hair care products tailored to individual needs, boosting revenue and client satisfaction
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently




Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue
Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and upcoming styling options to foster loyalty and repeat visits

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain styling options
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client satisfaction
Previous experience working at the front desk or handling retail sales is a plus
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations
