Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team in Edmonton. Multi-Family experienced required. Wood-frame & Concrete Steel structure experience an asset.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Work closely with your assigned Project Manager as your "Project Partner".
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
Lead team meetings to communicate objectives and address any challenges.
Qualifications




Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on Multi-Family projects.
Proficiency or ability with basic Microsoft applications.
Solid supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
