Position: Lube Technician

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable Oil Change Technicians to join our team in Oakville. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in oil changes and general automotive technician work.

Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services
Inspect vehicles and identify basic maintenance or service requirements
Check and replace fluids, filters, and other basic automotive components
Follow proper safety procedures and company standards
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
Recommend additional maintenance services when required
Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements




1–2 years of relevant experience in oil changes or automotive technician work
Hands-on automotive service experience
Strong attention to detail
Valuable customer service and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
No specific certification is required

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Both full-time and part time opportunities are available.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $18/hour + Commission

With strong performance and productivity, technicians have the opportunity to earn up to approximately $26/hour, depending on commission.
