Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments
Monitor the front desk area using multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt response to guest inquiries
Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude
Conduct routine security checks of the property, including CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to ensure safety
Prepare shift reports detailing financial activities, guest interactions, and any incidents or irregularities
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, guest information,



and security logs in compliance with hotel policies

Experience
Previous night audit experience is required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
Demonstrated ability to handle guest services with friendliness, patience, and professionalism
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including security protocols and guest privacy practices
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: From $26.93 per hour
