To qualify:
You would like to grow your career with us for the long term
You previously worked at a high volume ramen restaurant as line cook
Experience with handling deep fryer, noodle cooker, griddle, etc
Physically fit to lift at least 40lb
You can communicate clearly in English
You have Food safety level one certificate or willing to get it asap

Your role:
Making ramen, rice bowl, sushi, japanese tapa
Preping ingredients
Making soup
Dish washing
Other kitchen tasks assigned by manager
