A project coordinator supports the project manager in note taking, gathering equipment, resources, and information to implement upcoming projects.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
Solving any issues that may arise during the project
Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
Recording and distributing Meeting Minutes
Other duties as required
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Post secondary degree or diploma in Construction Technology
WORK EXPERIENCE:
In office construction experience is valued
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ontario Drivers License – Own means of transportation to and from work
Productive in Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to read, write and speak English at a grade 12 level
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
General Ontario Building Code knowledge
AutoCad and Revit knowledge
