Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional prep & meals that delight our guests and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food handling and preparation practices comply with food safety regulations.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting needs to management.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Participate in menu planning and development,



offering creative input based on seasonal ingredients.

Skills
Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques within a kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
