Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
Operate cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner, providing excellent customer service
Mix ingredients to create cocktails according to recipes or customer preferences
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable workplace

Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Excellent communication skills




Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g. kegs)
Must be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol, and possess a valid SIR certificate
