Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages to customers.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques.
Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.




Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
Maintain phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail store environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures is essential.
Experience in merchandising and stocking practices is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
