Inside Sales & Account Representative

An office-based salesperson who drives revenue by phone and email and keeps customers happy after the sale.

Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on inbound leads
Qualify leads, present products or services, and close deals
Manage a book of existing customers: check-ins, renewals, upsells
Answer customer questions and resolve issues quickly
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with operations
Keep the CRM up to date with notes, pipeline, and activity
Hit daily call targets and monthly sales goals

Key skills

Clear phone communication, relationship building, organization, CRM use, negotiation, and follow-through.
