The Tire Spot is looking for a reliable and motivated Tire Technician to join our Leduc team.

We’re an independent, growing tire shop that works on a wide variety of vehicles—from everyday cars and trucks to aftermarket, performance and higher-end vehicles. We take pride in quality workmanship and expect our team to treat every customer’s vehicle and wheels with care.

What You’ll Be Doing
Mounting and balancing passenger, light-truck and performance tires
Tire rotations, repairs and seasonal changeovers
Installing aftermarket wheels and tire packages
Working with low-profile and specialty tire applications
TPMS service and installation
Inspecting tires for wear, damage and safety concerns
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Helping keep the shop moving efficiently during busy periods
Providing professional, careful workmanship on every vehicle

What We’re Looking For

Previous tire-shop or automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is dependable and shows up ready to work

Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality

Is comfortable working in a quick-paced shop
Works well as part of a team




Respects customers’ vehicles and aftermarket wheels
Has a valid driver’s licence

Experience with low-profile tires, aftermarket wheels, TPMS and performance vehicles is a robust asset.

Compensation

$18.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and ability - $1500 retention bonus after 3 months + annual pay adjustments.

We’re willing to pay toward the higher end of the range for an experienced technician who can work independently, maintain good productivity and consistently perform high-quality work.
