Looking for a full-time front of House manager

Minimum 4 years managing experience in similar atmosphere

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm

What's required from you
Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring smooth service, cleanliness of front of house
Train and supervise front of house staff
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that arise
Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including retail area
Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as paper goods, coffee products, take out products, ect.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure productive communication and coordination between front and back of house
Implement and enforce food safety standards and regulations to ensure a protected dining experience for customers

Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role
Solid knowledge of food handling and service procedures
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment




Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
