Located at 180 Maclaren Street (off Elgin Street), we are seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor for 5 shifts/40 hours weekly.

Use of:
Multi-line telephone switchboard
Cloud Beds computerized hotel system and running night audit procedures.

Tasks:
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Process departing guests
Take, cancel and change room reservations
Process telephone calls
Provide information on hotel facilities and services
Provide general information about points of interest in the area
Process wake-up calls
Calculate charges and receive payments
Balance cash and complete reports and related forms
Monitor and assist with 3rd party website bookings and updating inventory levels.
Assign housekeeping room cleaning lists on internal software.
