Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their shopping experience
Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
Manage cash handling procedures with precision and integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities and promote specials




Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between serving, cashiering, and food prep tasks

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations
Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and advanced cash handling
