Machine Operator – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a metal manufacturing facility. Candidates with machine operating experience from other manufacturing industries are welcome to apply. Previous experience in the metal industry is an asset but not required.

Duties
Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery.
Set up machines and make basic adjustments as required.
Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues.
Follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator is required.
Machine operating experience can be from metal, automotive, plastics, packaging, wood, food production, or other industrial/manufacturing environments.
Metal fabrication experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Comfortable operating, setting up, and adjusting industrial machinery.




Experience using measuring tools is an asset.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Reliable and comfortable working in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
