We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team in Abbotsford. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives under pressure, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys supporting both patients and the dental team, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm appointments
Maintain and update patient records and charts
Process billing and insurance claims
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with patience and care
Ensure the reception area and patient records are organized and up-to-date
Occasional chairside assistance is required
Ensure smooth communication between patients, dental staff, and management

Required Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office or relevant field (applications without experience will not be considered)
Experience with using ClearDent practice management software is an asset
Availability:
This is a full time, permanent position. We are a weekday-only practice, with no weekends required. Evening shifts are required on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
References: A minimum of two professional or work references is required for consideration.
