We are a leading industry residential property management company based in Toronto, looking to fill a permanent, full-time/live-in position as Building Superintendent for a rental complex within the GTA.

We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and a minimum of two years of superintendent experience. The role requires proven experience working directly with residents, assessing and addressing maintenance issues, completing daily reporting, and coordinating with third-party trades.
Other skilled trades or training such as CPR, WHMIS, etc. are an asset)
General Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, boiler, fire alarm systems etc. and completing all logs/records/checks as required
Supervise projects and trades/service providers while on-site, reporting directly to the Property Manager
Able to multi-task and work in a team-based setting
Valuable written/oral communication skills and excellent customer service in addressing tenant concerns effectively and promptly

Annual compensation based on previous work experience, is $46,000-$50,000 per year.



Health benefits offered after the successful completion of the 6-month probationary period and paid annual vacation after 1-year of employment. A one or two-bedroom apartment is offered at discounted rate including utilities.
