Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be primary in customer service role with walk in customers ,online and phone ,helping in order taking and packaging orders. Secondary duties involve helping in other duties of the restaurant including building golden sandwiches, .This position requires solid communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via walk in ,phone ,online .
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Provide award winning customer instore experience .
Upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks.

Skills




Proficient in English.
Solid phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Experience in data entry with attention to detail.
Sales experience is advantageous, particularly in upselling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
