Vancouver's top concierge service company is looking to fill Concierge positions at some of Vancouver's most prestigious residential buildings.

Positions Available:

1) Downtown Vancouver - Saturday & Sunday 11:00am - 7:00pm (16 hours/week)

2) Various locations - casual/on-call

Duties Include:
Provide front desk service to residents in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain safety and security of building, including monitoring of security cameras
Enforce bylaws and follow established protocols for non-compliance
Conduct patrols of building common areas
Diligent record keeping of all incidents in the building
Emergency response procedures (e.g. fire, flood)

Essential Qualifications:
Ability to use computers and software (e.g. camera surveillance, security systems, Microsoft Office programs)




Organized and able to multi-task
Good judgment
Fluent in English and valuable communication skills
Minimum one year concierge, customer service or front desk experience for Concierge position

Assets:
Hospitality education
Valid security license

Wage:
Depending on experience
