Overview
We are seeking two (2) friendly and professional individuals to join our team as a Barber, Hair Stylist or both. The roles offer exciting opportunities to work in a dynamic setting focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for cutting hair, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and service. Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing their needs effectively
Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas in accordance with health regulations
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures, appointment bookings, and payment processing
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations




Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client experiences

Experience
Experience in hair styling or barbering is mandatory
Certification is a plus but not mandatory
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon or spa environment is advantageous
Prior experience working at the front desk or managing appointments will be beneficial

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
