Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Drywall Boarder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings.
Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound.
Install corner beads to protect corners.
Ensure all work meets building codes and industry standards.
Collaborate with other construction specialists to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Drywall Boarder or similar role.
Knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans.




Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to drywall installation and finishing.
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant certification or apprenticeship in drywall installation (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in drywall tapering and/or boarding.
