Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Fryer / Oven Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing delicious fried and oven-cooked dishes that meet our high standards. If you love working in a lively kitchen environment and have a passion for food preparation and safety, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items using fryers and ovens according to established recipes and standards.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients.
Ensure all fried and baked dishes are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
Maintain organization of kitchen stations,



including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.
Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing meal preparation.
Follow all health and safety regulations to keep the kitchen secure for everyone.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques.
Experience with food industry equipment such as fryers and ovens is a plus.
Robust understanding of meal preparation and food safety practices.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced workplace.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen setting.
