Responsibilities:
Connect with a high volume of prospective customers each day.
Answer customer questions with patience, care, and empathy.
Assist in customer data collection and creating accurate customer profiles.
Other basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Desired Skills:




Previous sales/ customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
Solid initiative and “go-getter” attitude.
Ability to work well in a high performing team environment.
