Job Summary

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Schedule appointments efficiently using salon management software and manage walk-in clients
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and scheduling support
Maintain accurate records of appointments, client preferences, and payments through data entry and filing
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage front desk operations including organizing files, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies,



and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications
Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred, especially in a customer service setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and salon management software like QuickBooks or similar tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support skills with a friendly demeanor
Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and handling multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as appointment scheduling or bookkeeping is a plus but not required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
